Designed for 2×MRF300AN & 2×MRF300BN LDMOS devices.
Also compatible with 2×MHT1803A & 2×MHT1803B as alternatives.

Redundant protection: If one of the combined amplifiers fails, the remaining one is protected via >40 dB input isolation
This amplifier incorporates a high-power, low-loss, wideband transmission-line (TLT) transformer, ensuring excellent efficiency across the HF and 6-meter bands.
It also features a temperature-regulated bias circuit for stable operation under varying thermal conditions.
TVS diodes installed for enhancing protection against esd ,RF spikes and transient overload conditions.
